This app uses YouTube API Services. By using this app, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

• Account Info: Email, name, and profile details provided at sign-up.
• Mobile Number: Optionally provided for account recovery (never shared or sold).
• Workout Data: Exercises logged, workout history, and progress stats.
• Nutrition Logs: Data from your diet, supplements, or habit tracking.
• Device Info: Basic device and usage information to help improve app performance.

How We Use Your Data

• Subscribed users: Workout logs and related data are retained for up to 6 months.
• Non-subscribed users: Data is deleted within 2 weeks after completing a workout plan.

• Supabase – for secure authentication, user profiles, and data storage.
• YouTube API – for embedding workout videos and playing music for training sessions.
• Google Fonts – for consistent and fast-loading typography.
