Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FytMate mobile application and website (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
FytMate is intended for individuals aged 18 and older. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not use FytMate without verified parental consent and supervision.
2. Use of the App
FytMate is designed to support fitness tracking, coaching, and personal development. You agree to use it responsibly and only for lawful purposes. FytMate is not intended for users under the age of 18.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or impersonate others.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your data. By uploading workouts, comments, or other content, you grant FytMate a license to display and use that content for functionality and support.
5. Subscriptions
Access to premium features may require a paid subscription. You agree to the pricing, billing, and renewal terms presented at checkout. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
6. Health Disclaimer
FytMate is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a doctor before beginning any fitness or nutrition plan. You assume full responsibility for your health and actions.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt to hack or reverse engineer it, or harass other users. FytMate reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in violation of these Terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@fytmate.com.

This app integrates third-party services such as Supabase, Google Fonts, and the YouTube API. By using FytMate, you also agree to the following third-party terms:

FytMate is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur from using the app.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
